GETTING STARTED: Registered users please log in using the Login icon near the top right. If you haven't yet registered, please click on Register and follow the prompts to create your personal account with a username and password. Once registered you will be logged into the system automatically and you can begin to use our Online Services. You should also receive an email confirming your registration.

PROPERTY TAXES: After registering, go to Property Taxes, using the menu above or Quick Links to the right, and click on your Account Name on the upper menu bar to access your profile and link your property tax information to your Online Account. Once registered, and every time you log in thereafter, you will be able to view details of your tax account including transactions, assessments and bill summaries.

You do not need to register or login to do a general property search.




The Online service for claiming Home Owner Grants can be accessed between May 29 and December 31 and for the current tax year only.

  • Choose jurisdiction number 701 or 209. Enter your 8 digit roll number including the decimal; 
  • Enter your access code; 
  • Complete the Home Owner Grant application and click Claim; 
  • Once the Confirmation page appears, click Cancel to edit or Okay to Continue (do NOT click the X to close); and, 
  • Once your application has been submitted, print a copy of the confirmation screen for your records by clicking the PRINT button (that appears at the top of the confirmation window).
